Immigration, later this year, the U.S. Department of State will begin a pilot programme with the goal of streamlining the H-1B work visa renewal procedure. Eligible holders of H-1B visas will be able to renew their visas within the country under this programme, avoiding the need to return to their home countries.
With the implementation of this much-needed adjustment, eligible foreign workers can now receive visa stamps without the hassle and possible delays that come with administrative procedures conducted overseas, which has occasionally resulted in prolonged periods of being trapped abroad.
